| Dr. Scott E. Parazynski Joins Advanced Aero's Advisory Board |

MELBOURNE, Fla. – February 21, 2009 – Advanced Aero announced today that Dr. Scott E. Parazynski, a highly decorated Astronaut, Spacewalker, Medical Doctor, Entrepreneur and Inventor will join the Advanced Aero team as an Advisor to the Board.
“The innovative design Advanced Aero has developed is as captivating as any I’ve seen” says Dr. Parazynski. “I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to the ultimate success of this amazingly beautiful aircraft” he adds.
Dr. Scott E. Parazynski perhaps realized every child’s dream when he became not only a doctor but also an astronaut. In 1989, he graduated with his medical degree from Stanford Medical School. His internship took place at Harvard Medical School and he completed his residency in Colorado where he was selected to the Astronaut Corps.
Dr. Parazynski’s research has been broad. He studied African Sleeping Sickness while he was in school at Stanford. He also conducted research at the NASA-Ames Research Center after he was awarded the NASA Graduate Student Fellowship. In March of 1992, he was selected as an astronaut with NASA and reported to Johnson Space Center later that same year. After only one year of training , he was qualified as a Mission Specialist and over his sixteen career with NASA, he flew on five Space Shuttle missions including missions to the Russian Space Station Mir and the International Space Station. Dr. Parazynski is also a Commercial, Multiengine, Seaplane & Instrument-rated flight pilot with over 2000 logged flight hours.
